Mr. Alkhowaiter has 20 years of experience in the field of capital market regulations, Corporate Governance, and strategic planning, through his previous eight-year experience at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), where he held several positions, such as Head of violations of Investment Funds and Offering Unit, Head of Investor Protection and Head of Enforcement Department. Mr. Alkhowaiter has also worked for Saudi Aramco for 9 years as a Contracts’ Advisor. He is currently the Deputy CEO at one of the financial institute in Saudi Arabia. Rayyan holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University and an MBA from the American University in Dubai.
